- Today we are looking a new tool kit from Black & Decker called the VPX Starter Kit. This kit includes a screwdriver, cutsaw, and flash light all powered by the same removable, rechargeable VPX battery pack. The tools work well, but lack a few things I would have expected to see with the kit. Otherwise, this is a good tool kit for homes tired of fighting multiple battery packs for their tool arsenal.
